Webster Stream - 3 days / 2 nights

This 3-day, 24-mile adventure is dependent upon a sufficient water release to be runnable. The cubic feet per second (CFS) will determine what class rapids will be encountered. Class II-III is most likely, but if the CFS is high, you could encounter Class IV rapids along Webster Stream and it may be un-runnable. Portages along the river drops allow adventurers who choose this trip the option of avoiding dangerous sections or overcoming inexperience. This trip starts in the North Maine Woods and finishes in Baxter State Park. Camping along the river and lakes of this trip are austere and beautiful. Canoe/kayak experience is required, spring/early summer recommended.

Water Adventures:

+In addition to all package items in our Standard Package, all RUBICON Water Adventures include the following:

  1. All Lodging/Camping coordination and costs.

  2. Canoe Rental/Delivery coordination and costs (includes: canoe, paddle, and life-jackets).

  3. Vehicle Transportation/Shuttle coordination and costs.

  4. Wilderness Access permits/fees (where allowed by a third party vendor).
